Practice Tips
Some tips to practice at home. Even just **10β15 minutes a day** can make a big difference before fall lacrosse. Here are a few quick drills you can do almost anywhere:
β Wall ball β work on both hands
β Cradle while walking or jogging
β Ground ball pickups (20 reps)
β Quick stick passing against a wall
β Split dodges, roll dodges, and face dodges
β Shoot on a backyard goal or target
β Practice scooping, turning, and passing in one motion
The more touches you get on your stick now, the more confident you'll be when the season starts. Have fun, challenge yourself, and keep growing your game! πͺπ₯
